PPR (Pixilerations Pedestrian Radio) by Lyn Goeringer and Jim Moses (2007)
PPR is a city wide installation for Providence, Rhode Island designed by Lyn Goeringer and Jim Moses. It was presented at the 2007 Pixilerations festival. Six locations were chosen throughout the city of Providence where low range FM radio transmitters were placed. Each transmitter sent out a loop of one work designed specifically for that location. The idea was that people could either walk or bicycle between the locations.
